Join Marjolein from Yoga Roots for a Rise & Shine Yoga session.

Following this session with Sauna & Ocean Swim simply provides you with the creme de la creme of ways you could start your Sunday.

Yoga Session 8:00am to 9:00am ( please arrive around 7:50am)
Sauna & Ocean Swim Session 9:00 to 10:00am (this gives you time for 3 sauna rounds)

Note:
This Yoga class is suitable for all levels, including beginners and those who are completely new to yoga.
Please Bring your own Yoga Mat or Towel.

What do I need to bring?

two towels ( one to sit on in the Sauna & one to dry off )
Water to stay hydrated
Yoga Mat for Yoga
Some extra layers of warm clothing

Is there a place to change? Yes there is a place to change but we would encourage already having your bathers on when you arrive because this will save time and make it easier for you.

Could I book the Yoga Sauna session only? Yes we have a seperate ticket if you'd just like to do the yoga class.

What happens in case of rain? If the weather prevents the yoga class from happening, then you can still come for an extended sauna session from 8.30-10.00am, and you will receive a part refund of your ticket for the yoga class of $15. If this happens you will receive a text message on the morning at latest 6.30am.

Cancellation Policy
Tickets to this event are non-refundable, however you ticket can be transferred to a different yoga+sauna date. We do require more than 48 hours notice for a ticket transfer.
