Your fortnightly Sauna Collective Feeel Goood Session is back on Sunday the 6th of April in Orewa.

9:00-11.00am : Beach Yoga + Sauna + Ocean Swim

Join Marjolein from Yoga Roots for a Rise & Shine Yoga session, a slow flow yoga class for all levels.

Following this session with Sauna rounds & Ocean swims simply provides you with the creme de la creme of ways you could start your Sunday.

Yoga Session 9:00am to 10:00am ( please arrive around 8:50am)
Sauna & Ocean Swim Session 10:00 to 11:00am (this gives you time for 3 sauna rounds)

This event is held at the beautiful nature container for the Orewa Beach Holiday Park, where you are completely immersed in the classic New Zealand beach landscape.

Note:
This Yoga class is suitable for all levels, including beginners and those who are completely new to yoga.
Please Bring your own Yoga Mat or Towel.

What do I need to bring?

two towels ( one to sit on in the Sauna & one to dry off )
Water to stay hydrated
Yoga Mat for Yoga
Some extra layers of warm clothing

Is there a place to change? Yes there is a place to change, but we do encourage already having your bathers on when you arrive because this will save time and make it easier for you.

Could I book the Yoga Sauna session only? Yes we have a seperate ticket if you'd just like to do the yoga class.

What happens in case of rain? If the weather prevents the yoga class from happening, then you can still come for an extended 1,5h sauna session from 9.30-11.00am, and you will receive a part refund of your ticket for the yoga class of $15. If this happens you will receive a text message on the morning at latest 7.30am.

Cancellation Policy
Tickets to this event are non-refundable, however you ticket can be transferred to a different yoga+sauna date. We do require more than 48 hours notice for a ticket transfer.
