Your monthly Sauna Collective Feeel Goood Session is back on Sunday the 1st of December in Orewa.


9:30- 11.30am :  Primal Strength + Sauna + Ocean Swim 

Join The Team from Kairos  Gabriel & Hunter for one of their legendary Primal Strength sessions at our Orewa beach location.

Following this session with Sauna & Ocean Swim simply provides you with the creme de la creme of ways you could start your weekend. 

• Primal Strength  9:30 to 10:30am ( please arrive around 9:20am)  
• Sauna & Ocean Swim Session  10:30 to 11:30am (this gives you time for 3 sauna rounds)
  

This Primal Strength session is designed by the Kairos team to allow people of all levels to get an intense training session utilizing both body weight and a variety of excercises exploring their Kairos unconventional training methodologies & equipment like Macebells, Ropes and kettlebels. This session will test your mind and your body and leave feeling incredible.

What do I need to bring?

• two towels ( one to sit on in the Sauna & one to dry off ) 
• Water to stay hydrated 

Is there a place to change? Yes there is a place to change but we would encourage already having your bathers on when you arrive because this will save time and make it easier for you. 

Could I book the Primal Strength Sauna session only? Yes we have a seperate ticket if you'd just like to do the session only.
