Every Saturday, the Yogis of Sat Manav fire up our wood-fired sauna for an evening of invigorating heat, lively chanting, and (optional) dips in the cold mountain stream.

This is the perfect weekly escape from the stress of everyday life. Step into the heat of the sauna and let your worries melt away...

Saunas are known to boost your immune system, improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and detoxify your body—all while enjoying the company of the Sat Manav Yogis and the peace of our beautiful Ashram.
