Do you love a good sausage? Ever thought about making your own? Now's your chance!

Join Hannah (A Lady Butcher) & Ben (The Classic Butcher) for a collaborative event that you'll not want to miss! 

 A hands-on workshop, this class includes butchery, recipe development, mincing, and finally filling and forming two different types of sausages. Yes, you'll be doing all of these steps yourself!

But sausage making is thirsty work, luckily Hannah knows a person or two at Behemoth Brewing (did someone say IPA?) and of course she won't show up empty handed when it comes to the snacks! So this class also includes a beverage and some charcuterie snacks to enjoy in celebration of our hard work.

Take-home perks: Everyone gets to take home the sausages they've made.
