Save time with Seamlss: from Onboarding to AML

Most firms we talk to are running onboarding across email, a PDF form, a practice manager and a separate AML tool, then re-keying the same client details into each one. That's where the hours go.

In this session Clayton runs the whole process live inside Seamlss, the way a real firm would on a Monday morning. A new client comes in, gets triaged, onboarded, engaged and risk assessed, without leaving the platform or chasing anyone by email.

The biggest change since our last demo: the AML risk assessment now runs inside onboarding. You no longer onboard first and assess second. The questions go out with the request, the client answers them alongside everything else, and you review it in one place.

What we'll cover

Triage before you take anyone on. Every new client comes through the same front door, whether it's a referral, a web enquiry or a family member of an existing client. See how lead links collect the right details up front so you can decide if you want the work before you start it.

Onboarding in one request. Client details, engagement letters, ethical clearance and the documents you need, sent together. One request, one client, no back and forth.

AML built into the request. Add AML questionnaires for clients and their contacts when you send the request, run the risk assessment as part of onboarding, and record your determination.

Review dates that remind you. Automatic reminders when a client's AML review is due, now available to every firm.

Getting documents back. InstaFetch for the client who sends the wrong file, and InstaSend for getting sensitive documents out without email attachments.

Your existing setup. How it all syncs with Xero Practice Manager, and where files land in SuiteFiles, SharePoint or FYI.

Live Q&A. The second half of the hour is yours. Integration questions, edge cases, "how would I handle this client" scenarios. We'll work through them on screen.
