Description

A Women in Print Webinar with Jo Wise

Great leadership isn’t tested when everything is easy. It shows up in the moments that require you to be clear, direct and willing to say what needs to be said.

Designed for new and mid-level leaders, Say the Hard Thing is a practical one-hour session exploring what happens when leadership gets uncomfortable, the conversation matters and staying silent isn’t the answer.

We’ll explore:

  • What gets in the way of saying what needs to be said,
particularly when relationships, hierarchy or strong reactions are involved.

  • Knowing what needs to be said by getting clear on the real issue, what needs to change and what matters most.

  • Holding your ground when it gets uncomfortable without over-explaining, backing down or watering down the message.

You’ll leave thinking differently about tough conversations and with a stronger sense of how you want to show up as a leader when it really counts.

The session will be led by Jo Wise, ICF Master Certified Coach and leadership facilitator, who has spent more than 15 years coaching and developing leaders to have greater impact, navigate the tough stuff and lead in a way that is clear, courageous and genuinely their own.

Jo also facilitates the Women in Print Executive Leadership Program, a two-day program that takes this work further, exploring how you lead, communicate, influence, give feedback and get the best from the people around you.
