Chris and Christine Hoover
Chris and Christine just celebrated 35 years of marriage. They are adventure seekers, camping experts and live for time with their adult children and 2 granddaughters. Chris is the Minister of Small Groups & Relational Care at his church in Huntsville, TX. His passion to integrate healthy relational and emotional practices into the systems of worship and solid biblical teaching in the body of Christ has been a forefront in his ministry. He's invested in this passion through receiving education from great ministries like Emotionally Healthy Spirituality, Gottman Level 1 training, and the Larry Crabb School of Spiritual Direction. Christine is a trauma-informed psychotherapist and spends her days guiding people through the deep waters of their sacred stories. With over 20 years of experience in Bible teaching, she honestly articulates the vibrant life found in Christ, weaving God’s Word with therapeutic insights from her clinical practice. She is also the author of Soul Adventuring: Your Guide to Living with Bravery and Joy. Together, they love serving in ministry, sharing their passion for helping individuals and couples grow in emotional, relational, and spiritual maturity.

Matthew and Lizi Bailey
Matthew and Lizi have been married for 26 years, have five kids, two daughters-in-law, a soon to be son-in-law, and one amazing grandson. They served together in worship ministry in the local church for over 2 decades before they both jumped into the world of counseling. The Bailey's have experienced failure and brokenness in their own marriage and watched God resurrect and make it new. They are passionate about helping others experience the redemption and healing Jesus offers. Matthew is became a Licensed Professional Counselor because he spent decades watching people carry things they were never meant to carry alone — grief, trauma, anxiety, faith questions, the quiet weight of not being okay. Ministry gave me a front-row seat to human struggle, and counseling gave me better tools for actually helping. He currently works with the non-profit The Redeemer's House, which provides Christ-centered counseling and coaching to ministry leaders and their families. Lizi recently earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, and is now a licensed LPC Associate in Texas. Her faith is woven through how she understands people — their longings, their losses, and the hope that we’re never beyond healing. She is also a professional musician, songwriter, and worship leader.
