In this month's Byron SBW Hub, we will be working with our own Margot Cairnes one of the founders of SBW, who will lead you in a hands on workshop style event.
Margot will help you to uncover the many sources of power available to you and discover how well you are using them and how you can use them better.
Our SBW hubs offer the perfect space and company to work on developing or learning new skills with support and encouragement from our speakers and guests.

About Our Speaker
MARGOT CAIRNES
Margot’s started her career managing Darwin Family Centres, she oversaw the majority of the child care and support for the Top End of Australia. She also lectured in Urban Sociology and education.
After obtaining an MBA she went on the found The Change Dynamic which became Zaffyre Pty Ltd– for many years Australia’s largest and most successful organizational change company.
Margot worked with the Boards and Top teams of companies such as BP Oil global (in London) and NBA here in Australia.
Margot has written 6 books on leadership in times of rapid change and has represented Australia at the World Economic Forum, sharing platforms with Queen Rania of Jordan and Hilary Clinton.
Margot is currently writing her 7th book titled :- “Simple Wisdom for Clever People:- Leading miraculous lives, businesses and communities in change times”.
