Scaling impact with MarTech: Balancing reach and responsibility
Description
Technology is profoundly impacting all areas of marketing, from understanding audiences and crafting compelling content, to delivering personalised communications and enabling sophisticated automation. For those focused on social marketing and behaviour change, MarTech and AI present significant opportunities to scale impact and reach without greatly increasing budgets.
Yet, rapid adoption of advancing technology also raises important questions around responsible use, particularly concerning data privacy and ethical considerations. This prompts a crucial question: how can those involved in social marketing and behaviour change thoughtfully navigate these opportunities and challenges?
Join the NZ Social Marketing Network's April webinar where Dr Jason Pallant, Director of RMIT’s new Marketing Technology Lab, will explore the opportunities and challenges of Marketing Technologies (MarTech) and AI through a social marketing lens. Dr Pallant brings extensive expertise in this area, offering valuable insights into how to approach complex topics.
The session will delve into strategic content creation at scale, effective marketing automation, and the crucial task of balancing personalisation with data privacy concerns. This workshop aims to provide attendees with thoughtful perspectives and practical guidance for navigating the complexities of modern MarTech responsibly.
