Before coaching, he spent years in investments and operations, including as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Impact Officer of a global B Corp investment group, working across industries and with businesses at very different stages of growth.

That background, combined with his own experience of the kind of personal work that teaches you to see what's really going on beneath the surface, is what shapes how he coaches.
