Scaling up the Black Cockatoo Forest - A discussion with Keith Bradby

Our goal is to re-create the Black Cockatoo Forest one pocket forest at a time. We are extremely fortunate to have Keith Bradby coming to our movie night and panel discussion on Breathing Life into Boodja which is about Gondwana Link, which is establishing an arc of continuous wildlife habitat from the tall, wet forests of the Margaret River area through to the semi-arid Great Western Woodlands around Kalgoorlie. 

In recognition of Gondwana Link’s global significance, it has been named as one of the ‘Founding 50’ projects for the United Nations Decade of Ecosystem Restoration (2021- 2030).

Keith was instrumental in establishing Gondwana Link in 2002 and has led the program since. So who best to talk to as we embark on our own landscape restoration project, the Black Cockatoo Forest. Before the movie night and panel discussion we will be meeting on the site of the existing Black Cockatoo pocket forest to discuss our project with Keith.
