Every first Sunday of the month, a group of local women are coming together to journey inward, tap into a little magic and take time for themselves.
This circle is a space for you to return to each month and take stock through guided meditation, journaling, nervous system regulation and sharing with others.
Each circle will be guided by the current astrological themes as well as the themes present in our personal lives.
Having a regular women's circle builds a sense of tribe in our modern day community and can become a supportive anchor in our busy lives.
The circle takes place every first Sunday of the month, 3.30-5.30pm at my home in Scarborough.
