Southern NSW is home to some of the best foods on offer anywhere in the World. From the Sea to Paddocks, Vineyards to Breweries, Kitchens to Farms; come and experience the best collection of all your favourites food and drinks in one venue.

We have secured some of the most sort after bands and DJs from around the region and guests can expect roaming performers to keep them entertained. Or for the Foodies, Nowra Farmers Market Masterclasses are the opportunity to learn from the Best in the Industry whether it be Chefs or Producers.

For 2022 there are three sessions each with their own entertainment options on the Hawkesnest Villas Stage;
