Scholarship Night At Polar Park

We invite you to join us for a WooSox game to celebrate our 2025 scholarship recipients!

Who can I bring?

Scholars are invited to register one guest. Due to space limitations of the Hanover Deck, we are not able to offer additional tickets for guests who are not scholars. RSVPs are first come, first serve- so please do not delay in RSVPing.

How and where can I get my tickets?

The event will be held at Polar Park on the Hanover Deck located on the 3rd base line. Directions will be provided at the ticket table, and you will need your ticket to enter this space. There is street parking in surrounding areas, a Parking Garage across street from ballpark and paid lots surrounding. GWCF is not able to offer discounted or validated parking.

GWCF will have a table at Gate C (outside of the Main Concourse), this is where you are able to pick up your tickets. You must have your registration confirmation and/or picture ID to have tickets released to you and your party. The ticket table will be staffed from 5:00 p.m. through the 2nd inning. If you arrive after and do not see the table, please call/text Amaris Gonzalez at 774-633-9671 and staff will make arrangements to meet you.

What time should I be there?

The game will start at 6:05 p.m. Gates to the park open at 5:00 p.m. and the Hanover Deck will be open for guests at 5:30 p.m. You are able to leave and return to the Hanover Deck if you wish to explore the park, there is no park re-entry though.
