Event description

Spend a morning working with Nadia from Harlequin Dessert, a Master Chocolatier and Dessert Maker, learning to make a gluten free chocolate cake with a twist, the tricks of great ganache and fancy cake decoration.

This hands on workshop is for parents and kids interested in cake making and decoration. Each family group will make a 4 inch cake and decorate one to take home. This will be no ordinary cake making workshop.

The workshop will be held at One Table Farm Cooking School.

Nadia gained her formal cooking training in England and then began working in the chocolate industry prior to achieving her Master Chocolatier qualification in Italy in 2016. She began running her own highly successful dessert business a number of years ago, Harlequin Dessert and has been synonymous with incredibly delicious, uniquely flavoured, artisan chocolates, cakes and other desserts. She is a regular at the Margaret River markets and bakes for various restaurants and other private functions. She's also one of the loveliest and most modest people you will ever meet.

At this introductory price and as the first class of its kind at One Table Farm, tickets are likely to sell quickly.

Suitable for ages 10 and older. Ticket price includes an adult. Tickets for additional children from the same family can be purchased as an add on.
