Spanish School Holiday Pop-Up – La Comunidad x La Bohemia

La Comunidad × La Bohemia are popping up in Noble Park these school holidays for two special days of language, culture, creativity and connection.

A 90-minute Spanish immersion experience where children and their grown-ups can play, create, move, explore and connect with Spanish language and Latin American culture.

Please note, this is a shared family experience, not a drop-off program. Children must remain with and be supervised by their accompanying adult throughout the session.

Family is at the heart of this special school holiday pop-up.

Inspired by the important role our families play in passing on language, culture, stories and traditions, we’re creating an experience that brings generations together.

All families are warmly welcome, with an extra-special invitation to our abuelos and abuelas (grandparents) to come along and share the experience with their grandchildren.

No Spanish experience is required—Spanish-speaking, bilingual and Spanish-curious families are all warmly welcome.

🎭 Face painting for each ticketed child
🥟 One cocktail-sized cheese empanada for each ticketed child

These are special additions to our school holiday pop-up experience. Approximately 45 minutes into the session, face painting and empanadas will be offered while free play, colouring and arts and crafts continue.

Please note: Free tickets for siblings under two include admission only and do not include a separate craft pack, face painting or empanada. If you would like your child under two to receive the full ticketed inclusions, please contact us before booking so we can discuss their suitability.

Different age groups often engage best at different times of the day, so we’ve thoughtfully curated our morning and afternoon sessions with different ages in mind.

🧸 Morning Family Pop-Up

🕙 10:00am–11:30am sessions

Recommended for ages 2-5

A gentle, play-based cultural experience for little ones and their accompanying adult.

Expect plenty of opportunities to play, create, move, listen and explore Spanish in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

🎨 Afternoon Family Workshop

🕧 12:30pm–2:00pm sessions

Recommended for ages 5-10
A more structured and interactive cultural workshop for school-aged children and their accompanying adult.

Children will get hands-on with creative activities, movement, storytelling and Spanish, while exploring elements of Latin American culture in a fun and engaging way.

🧒 Siblings under 2 — Free (must accompany a ticketed child)

Includes entry for one sibling under two accompanying a ticketed child. This ticket does not include a separate craft pack, face painting or empanada.

✨ Our age ranges are recommendations — families are welcome to choose the session that best suits their child.

To create a comfortable, welcoming and engaging experience, each family booking includes one participating child and one accompanying adult.
