School Holiday Program: Monsters! Writing the Inhuman
Event description
Monsters: Writing the Inhuman with Young Writers Program Tutor Rhys Lorenc
In this writing workshop, we’ll dip our feet into the world of monsters, be they cruel, kind or merely strange. You’ll learn not only what makes a monster a monster, but how to make them compelling, memorable, and unique. Together, we’ll write creatures of dream and nightmare into being. If you’re a fan of horror, folklore, or things that go bump in the night, this is the workshop for you!
Tuesday 7th October, 12–2pm
For ages 10–13
Wednesday 8th October, 12–2pm
For ages 14–18
PLEASE BOOK THE CORRECT DAY FOR YOUR AGE GROUP!
And don't miss our other School Holiday Program workshop, Create Your Own Journal with Pat Simmons (ages 7–10). Plus a kids' book sale in Coledale Hall, 11am–12pm both days.
