Join Sri Lankan-Australian artist Akhila Fernando for a hands-on Black & White Batik experience for kids these school holidays. Discover the traditional wax-resist technique while exploring pattern, line and texture to create your own unique batik artwork to take home. With experience delivering batik workshops for children across regional Victoria, Akhila combines Sri Lankan cultural heritage with contemporary creativity in a fun and accessible workshop.
