Join me for a special Kids and Teens Yoga for Well-being school holiday class, designed to support mental health, improve confidence, and promote emotional balance in a fun and inclusive environment.

This engaging session introduces the principles of yoga and mindfulness through age-appropriate movement, breathing, and relaxation practices. Children and teens will learn to calm their bodies and minds, increase flexibility, balance, and strength, and develop important tools for emotional regulation and self-awareness.

Through gratitude-based activities, creative expression, and confidence-building exercises, participants will gain lifelong strategies for well-being.

Perfect as an introduction to yoga, this class offers a safe, nurturing space where every child can feel supported and empowered.

I am a registered kids & adults yoga teacher, hold a current first aid certificate, working with children card and insurance.
