Event description
For children 5 to 12 years
Does your child like bugs? In this hands-on workshop children will be introduced to a range of different invertebrates who fulfill key roles in the environment such as pollinators and decomposers. Participants will be able to interact with a range of mini-beasts including stick insects, giant burrowing cockroaches, beetles, caterpillars and more.
Please note:
- Do not attend if unwell
- If you cannot make it to the event, we strongly encourage you to cancel your ticket to ensure your spot is allocated to someone on the waitlist
- To enable a safe, enjoyable experience at our library events, children aged 11 and under must be supervised at all times by a parent, guardian or carer.
