For young people 12 to 18 years
In this workshop, you'll learn how to make mochi doughnuts from fresh, healthy, and low-cost ingredients. Nami will teach you how to decorate your mochi doughnut in a Japanese Kawaii style (Kawaii means cute in Japanese)! Mochi doughnuts are a hybrid of an American doughnut and Japanese mochi, making it fluffy and moist with a satisfying, chewy mochi texture.
