Join us at Adelaide University City East Campus for a day packed with fun and interactive science and engineering workshops. Get ready to experiment, build, create and discover as you take on exciting challenges and explore how things work.
Each workshop will be led by enthusiastic university student volunteers who will guide you through the activities and help bring science and engineering to life.
Bring your curiosity, creativity and big ideas — and get ready to have some fun!
The event is open to primary school students aged 7–12 years old. We will be running three different workshops related to Geology, Robotics and Space, with around 30 students in each age group. The groups will be divided according to age to ensure the activities are engaging and suitable for everyone.

FAQs
- What activities will there be?
This year, Robogals Adelaide will be holding 3 workshops related to robotics, geology and space for students aged 7 - 12 years old.
Each workshop will range between 1-1.5 hours in length. There are three consecutive workshops throughout the day with scheduled breaks in-between for students. Students are asked to bring their own recess and lunch - no nuts please.
- How will the workshops be held?
The workshops will be held in-person on campus at The Adelaide University City East Campus.
- What is the price of the ticket for the event?
All workshops run by Robogals Adelaide are completely free!
- What does my child need to take?
We ask that you pack lunch and recess for your child on this day - no nuts please.
- Can parents stay with the children?
Yes parents can stay with the children

- Can I have both of my kids in the same group?
We will be running 3 workshops this year, each having around 30 students in it at a time. We will be dividing the three groups according to the age group. If both of your kids fall under the same age group, they will be in the same group for all the three workshops, otherwise they will be in the separate group.
