SCIENCE & TRUST: How To Read The Signs and Symbols of Your Life | Workshop | ATTUNE Festival
Event description
With Psychologist and Psychotherapist Dr Rebecca Hannan (The Indigo Project)
What if the subtle signals of your life — your body’s sensations, your dreams, recurring patterns, or unexpected encounters — were not random, but invitations?
In this experiential workshop, psychologist and psychotherapist Dr Rebecca Hannan invites you to explore how science and symbolism can work together as guides toward deeper self-awareness and healing. Drawing on trauma-informed therapies, Process-Oriented Psychotherapy (Processwork), and her background in yoga and meditation, Rebecca will guide participants through short inner-work processes to help you engage directly with the signs and symbols of your own life.
You’ll be invited to slow down, listen, and experiment with practical exercises — using writing, drawing, and creative reflection — to uncover resilience, compassion, and meaning.
Please bring along paper and something to write or draw with (coloured pens, pencils or pastels if you have them) to fully participate in the session.
This is a chance to not only learn but also experience how leaning into your inner signals can unlock trust in yourself and the unfolding story of your life.

About Dr Rebecca Hannan
Dr Rebecca Hannan is a psychologist and psychotherapist who weaves science and heart together in her approach to healing. Utilising evidence-based, trauma-informed therapies alongside Process-Oriented Psychology (Processwork), EMDR, and clinical hypnotherapy, she also draws on her background as a yoga and meditation teacher to honour the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit.
Informed by Processwork, Rebecca invites people to lean into the subtle signs and symbols of their lives such as their body’s signals, dreams, repeating patterns, and unexpected experiences, as guides toward deeper awareness and transformation. Her work encourages slowing down, listening, and trusting what emerges. Whether through gentle conversation, body-based awareness, or creative exploration, she holds a compassionate space where healing can unfold in many forms.
Guided by warmth, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique journey, Rebecca helps others reconnect with resilience, meaning, compassion, and a sense of belonging to themselves and the wider world.
