This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

For businesses committed to addressing the climate emergency, eliminating and/or reducing Scope 3 Emissions is often the hardest part.

At our upcoming webinar, we will hear from David Carter - CEO at Austral Fisheries; and James Perrin - Sustainability Manager at Stone & Wood Brewing.

David will share his experiences leading the business to carbon neutral certification, the visible realities of climate impact on his industry and the courageous commitments required to be a truly sustainable business.

James will share Stone & Wood's barriers and challenges around committing to more ambitious climate action, the nature of the Scope 3 emissions related to their manufacturing operations and the environmentally responsible aspects of their operations that contributed to their B Corp Certification.

Agenda

This event is an initiative of the B Corp Climate Collective - Business Emissions Reduction Working Group - whose purpose is to advance ambitious business action towards a safe climate, and brought to you by People With Purpose - a Certified B Corp - whose purpose is to equip business to improve the world.

Revenue from ticket sales will be donated to B Lab Australia and New Zealand, an Australian not-for-profit organisation, which will use these funds to support the activities of the Australia/New Zealand B Corp Climate Collective.
