SciSoc is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all attendees of the SciSoc camp. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to participate, regardless of financial circumstances. To support this, we have an equity scheme in place to provide a limited number of fully subsidised tickets to those who may need financial assistance. This initiative is generously sponsored by the Faculty of Science. To be eligible for equity, applicants must be students enrolled in a degree or major within the Faculty of Science and be registered members of the Society for the year of application. They must also be experiencing financial or personal hardship, such as not being supported by family, relocating from another city and seeking employment, facing a recent personal tragedy, receiving Centrelink benefits, being eligible for a university bursary including the E12 program / MySydney Scholarship, identifying as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, or being a disabled student registered with University Disability Services. Please contact us for more information if you wish to apply.
