Scottish Community Mediation Centre: Conflict Resolution and Mediation Taster Session

Ever wondered if a conflict could have been handled better?  Curious to learn a bit about mediation? 

This short introductory session explores some of the basic principles of mediation, the process and why in over 70% of cases it is an effective and quick method of fixing things. 

This workshop will be delivered by the Scottish Community Mediation Centre, a service within Sacro. The Centre has been supporting organisations for over 25 years, delivering training in conflict resolution, mediation and restorative practice.
