The U.S. Supreme Court is set to hear several high-profile First Amendment cases this term. This panel, hosted by the Institute for Governance and Civics’ First Amendment Clinic at FSU Law, will bring together leading litigators and scholars to analyze the legal questions and broader implications at stake. Bryan Leitch, Joe Davis, Andrea Picotti-Bayer, and Patrick Elliott will provide insight into how the Court may decide these cases and what the outcomes could mean for religious freedom and enforcement of the Establishment Clause in America.
