Scrap Paper Books with Jillian Fitzpatrick & Caitlin Fargher

Come along and use misprints, scrap paper, off cuts and recycled materials to make a hand bound art book with exhibiting artists Jillian and Caitlin. Both artist’s care deeply about the environments they work in, so this workshop will show you how to turn your throw out pile into something new. A book for documenting the places you love, the important stories that need to be shared, or simply a place to doodle and ponder.

You will be guided through the process of making your book though different binding and stitching techniques and then given time to decorate it. Then you can draw, paint, collage, sculpt, mend, write & play!

This is an all-ages workshop, no experience required. Suitable for kids under 16 years attending with an adult.
