Door opens 6.30pm, connection activity from 7pm and AGM starts at 7:30

Please use the ticket options below to either

a) sign up to attend the event in person, or
b) provide us with your proxy if you aren't attending.

It is important that you do this, so that we can reach a quorum.

Wine Cellar Room (Downstairs) in The Lions Hotel, North Adelaide, 161 Melbourne St, North Adelaide SA 5006
(Please ask the staff at the Hotel for directions to the room if required)
Ample parking on the side streets near the venue is available.

Schedule:

6:30pm, the event starts with networking and a light dinner included free of charge (grazing platters)
7:00pm, connection activity - SCSA Bingo!
7:30pm, official start of the AGM
Purchase of your own drinks anytime at the bar

Members only, please manage your membership accordingly at https://www.swissclubsa.org.au/membership
No group registrations! Each membership has to register Attendance or Non-Attendance individually
Family membership allows for max. 2 adults to vote and attend, for 2 votes, both members have to be present or represented with a proxy
Family membership is allowed to assign a proxy also to the attending member itself, should both not be able to attend.

If you cannot make it to the AGM, please make sure to fill out a proxy, assigning a person attending the AGM your voting rights. You can do so by directly select a 'SCSA member - NOT attending - Proxy Form' ticket or by sending in a proxy form to info@swissclubsa.org.au, with choosing a member attending the AGM of your choosing or select any of the current committee members.
