freshly appointed Curator at Perth Institute of Contemporary Arts (PICA). She previously served as the Director at Outer Space - a not-for-profit Arts Organisation in Queensland.

Emma Buswell is a West Australian based artist, curator and designer who has exhibited internationally and nationally.  Emma co-founded Cool Change Contemporary in 2018 and has previously run and worked at ARIs Toy Returns, Success and Moana Project Space. She previously worked as the Co-ordinator of the Fremantle Arts Centre Print Award and then later as Exhibition and Engagement Coordinator. In her practice, Emma uses tropes appropriated from politics, popular culture and western art history, using stitch and imagery to intuit the world around her.

They are the Curator at Goolugatup Heathcote, and Lecturer in Art History and Curatorial Studies at the University of Western Australia. Paul is on the directorial committee of Cool Change (an artist-run organisation based in Boorloo) and has recently worked at un-Projects (Online Editor) and John Curtin Gallery (Assistant Curator).

Makaela Rowe-Fox is an emerging interdisciplinary artist and writer living in Boorloo/Perth. Working across photography, video art and performance, Makaela explores ecological listening, imagining new and weird relationships with the non-human. In her work with the City of Swan and Creative My Place, Makaela collaborates, co-builds and mentors community members through a wide range of arts projects.

The Sculpt Committee is the Lawrence Wilson Art Gallery's own Student Committee.
