SCWC 2022 Anthology Launch

Join the South Coast Writers Centre at our end of year celebration for the launch of our 2022 Anthology, Mantle.
The 2022 anthology of writing from the South Coast Writers Centre explores the concept of connection through works from emerging, established and award-winning local writers, including Erin Shiel, Nicole Smede, Elanna Herbert, Sean West, Lore White, Peter Frankis, Rhian Healy, Jonathan Cant, Linda Godfrey, Kathleen Bleakley, Mike Cavanagh, Elizabeth Walton, Amelia Fielden, Judi Morison, Julie Janson, Isabella Luna, Gabrielle Journey Jones, Peter Ramm, Hanan Khorsheed, Fatima Sayed, Brittany Riley and Bruce Maclachan.
There will be two launches for the anthology:
Saturday 10th December, 2-4pm Bundanon Art Museum, Boyd Education Centre
Sunday 11th December, 2-4pm Coledale Community Hall
Both launch events include poetry and short story readings from the anthology by Kathleen Bleakley, Amelia Fielden, Mike Cavanagh, Linda Godfrey, Judi Morison, Peter Ramm, and Isabella Luna.
The Bundanon Art Museum launch also includes Annette Tesoriero from Shoalhaven Arts and Health introducing readings from poets Nicole Smede and Elanna Herbert, plus Gabrielle Journey Jones.
The Coledale launch event includes readings by the SCWC + WAG 2022 Poetry Award winners - Erin Shiels, Peter Frankis and Lore White, plus IMS writing competition winner, Fatima Sayed. The 2023 SCWC + Wollongong Art Gallery Poetry Award will be launched at this event.
