As part of the Make Decisions Real project, Inclusion Australia is running a series of 2-day pilot training workshops about Supported Decision Making for people with intellectual disability (decision makers) and their decision supporters.

Face-to-face Workshop (Perth - South of the River)

Date: Tuesday 8th February and Wednesday 9th February 2022

Time: 10am - 2pm AWST (both days)

Venue: Hub 6163, Dixon Reserve, 1 Starling Street Hamilton Hill

Free street parking available and close to public transport
Limit of 10 decision makers with intellectual disability per workshop - with a maximum of 2 supporters each.

Please note this is a 2 day workshop - you need to be able to attend both days.
