If you require a Personal Assistant to support your participation in this event, please let us know and book their space in the registration form to ensure they also receive relevant event information. Online event platform
Our online events take place using Microsoft Teams, unless specified otherwise. You can join using a web browser or the Microsoft Teams app. You do not need to create an account to join. Online participation
The event host(s) will explain how to use captions and participate at the beginning of the event e.g. speaking, chat, Q&A, reactions, etc. Important information displayed on screen or posted in the chat will also be explained aloud. There is no requirement to participate with your camera or microphone on. Our online events may include breakout rooms or interactive activities. If breakout rooms are used: - instructions will be provided verbally and in writing; - you can ask not to enter a breakout room; - communication support will remain with you where required; and - an alternative way to contribute will be available.

Breaks
Where online events lasts 2 hours or longer, short breaks are planned throughout the event. You are welcome at any time to: - move around - eat or drink - take medication - take an additional break; - leave and rejoin the event; or - participate with support of another person
