SE-ED Alumni Group December

The Severe and Enduring Eating Disorders (SE-ED) Program Alumni is for participants who have completed the SE-ED Program and is offered monthly. Richard and Hayley host the Alumni Group, both have a SE-ED lived experience and recovered.

Rounding out the end of the year, our theme for this group will be a combination of reflecting on the year as well as looking towards to the summer period, maintaining wellness over the holidays and strategies which can assist with some of the difficult feeling that may come up around this time of year.

We ask you to register for the date you will attend, so we know how many people will attend. However, if you cannot attend, could you please cancel via Humanitix. This is to ensure your spot is available for someone else who wants to join.
