  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.

Join us for a free class with time to say hello and ask questions about the Body-Mind Centering® programs at SEA. Facilitated by SEA co-directors Olive Bieringa & Kim Sargent-Wishart. All welcome - current and past students, friends, and anyone curious about Somatic Movement Education.
