Thank you for booking your ticket to he Astronomical Society of Victoria’s Sunset Imaging Session - Friday

Your ticket gains you entry to the Sunset Imaging Session scheduled for the 26th of September from 6pm.

Please note the event will be confirmed as proceeding via email 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

Event Date: Friday, September 26th - 6pm

Event Location: Lake Tyrrell - Upper Carpark

Clothing: We recommend you wear clothing appropriate to the weather. The society also suggests you wear closed shoe footwear.

REFUNDS

1. The Operator will not provide a refund or exchange on any ticket except as required by law.

2. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.

3. This ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.

4. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.

5. The Operator has no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets.

6. Replacement tickets for lost or stolen tickets may be issued at the Operator’s sole discretion, and the Operator reserves its right to charge a fee for replacement of tickets.

7. The Operator makes no representations regarding the weather conditions during the Event, access to unobstructed views of entertainment and activities during the Event, availability of shelter or seating at the Event or your level of comfort during the Event. Refunds will not be available should you be dissatisfied with these matters. This is an outdoor event. The weather forecast will be assessed no later than 2 days before the event and if the Astronomical Society of Victoria Inc determine the weather to be unsuitable the event will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to all patrons.

8. As the Event Organiser hosting this event, the Astronomical Society of Victoria Inc. is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets. If you have any questions regarding this event, please contact Astronomical Society of Victoria Inc. on bookings@asv.org.au.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES TO TIME, NATURE AND DURATION OF EVENT

9. The Operator reserves the right to make changes to the Event in relation to:

* start time

* end time

* scheduling of entertainment and activities

* layout and location of the Event venue

* vendors providing goods and services at the Event

* other matters not having a substantial effect upon the overall nature of the Event, being a Sunset Imaging Session held at Lake Tyrrell.

10. If the Event is cancelled by the Operator, then you can return your ticket to the Operator within 30 days of the cancelled Event to obtain a refund of monies paid minus any booking fees.

11. The event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.

12. Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act.
