Friday: Noon to 1pm (Pacific Time)Â
Location: Sea2Sky Wellness Club -Â 428 Columbia St, New Westminster, BC V3L 1B1.
What to Expect:
Fascial Maneuvers are a movement process that heals the body. The class involves slow, precise movements with deep breathing which are easy and open to all ages. Each class is between 60 and 90 minutes based on the class's needs. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you can move around in but if you’re in your jeans or tight clothing, come anyway.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to get to know your instructor and community. If it’s your first time at Sea2sky Wellness Club you will need to sign a waiver, so please be sure to arrive early.
If you have any questions, our coaches and facilitators will be there to support you.
*If you have time, stick around to learn the fundamentals of the fascial maneuvers, how to heal yourself, and help your family and friends, while receiving a hands-on healing experience. If you're a Health and Wellness practitioner, feel free to take what you learn and integrate the Fascial Maneuvers into your own practice.*
