Our 'Foraging at Dusk' tour offers a whole new take on our foraging expereince. Summer evenings in Sydney are unforgetable & sharing a sunset with friends, family & colleagues is a wonderful way to make memories. Gain insights into native Australian sea botanicals and their usage in the local distillation process, beginning the evening with non-alcoholic cocktails by the sea. 

Discover the wonder of Northern Beaches, as you learn about various types of seaweeds that thrive in the region. Understand their vital roles in combating climate change and providing habitat for sea creatures such as the majestic seahorse. 

Accompanied by our expert guide, master distiller Alastair Whiteley, you will return to the distillery after the foraging expedition where Alastair will reveal the secrets of integrating these incredible seaweed ingredients into our non-alcoholic distilling process. And of course, you'll have the opportunity to savour the intricate flavours in a tasting session. 

This experience is perfect for foodies, budding foragers & anyone intrigued by the emerging world of non-alcoholic botanical production.
