Seasonal Attunements - Summer Solstice

Join us in celebrating the natural rhythms of the Earth with Seasonal Attunements, a sacred gathering held at each solstice and equinox. These events offer a space to pause, reflect, and realign with the shifting energies of the seasons through mindfulness and connection.

Each attunement will include:
Sacred Fire– Gather around the flames to release, renew, and welcome the energy of the new season.
Guided Meditation & Reflection – Tune into the energy of the season and set personal intentions.
Ritual & Ceremony – Experience traditions that honor the transition of light and darkness.

Seasonal Feast – Savor nourishing foods crafted to reflect the gifts of the season.
Sound & Movement – Engage in music, chanting, or gentle movement practices inspired by nature.
Community & Connection – Share in the wisdom of the cycles through storytelling and shared experiences.

Whether celebrating growth and renewal at the Spring Equinox, embracing the peak of the sun’s power at the Summer Solstice, reflecting on balance and harvest at the Autumn Equinox, or welcoming the rebirth of light at the Winter Solstice, each attunement invites you to realign with the natural world and your inner self.

SUMMER SOLSTICE Cousin's Cookout, Campout, and Bon(d)fire - Thursday, June 19 - Friday, June 20, 2025 

June 19

• Foraging to Freedom Hike 1:00
• Cookout starts at 2:00 pm
• If you are camping, camp set up starts at 3:00 pm
• Liberation Hike starts at 4:30 pm
• Bon(d)fire starts at 6 pm
• Nature's Role Screening at 9 pm

June 20 

• Bring your own breakfast 7:30 - 8:30 am
• Check out at 11 am
