Seasonal Pause with Vicki
Take a mindful pause from the city and reconnect with nature in Winter
Seasonal Pause with Vicki
Join us for a Seasonal Pause, an afternoon dedicated to slowing down, noticing nature and making space to rest. Sometimes we need to step away from the busyness of everyday life and take a moment to reconnect with ourselves and the world around us.
Settle into the peaceful surroundings of The Hidden Gardens, Scotland’s Sanctuary Garden dedicated to peace, and enjoy a gentle, reflective session inspired by the changing seasons. With time to notice the natural details around us, pause for quiet reflection and share a warm drink, this is an opportunity to slow down and enjoy being present.
What to expect:
We’ll begin by exploring The Gardens and noticing the small details of the season, taking inspiration from the colours, textures and changes in the natural world.
We’ll spend some time in the cosy Boilerhouse, with gentle reflection and a seasonal reading to help us pause and reconnect.
There’ll be time to relax, enjoy a cup of tea and share conversation with others, or simply enjoy a quiet moment to yourself.
No experience needed, just come as you are and take some time out in a calm, welcoming space. The Hidden Gardens is committed to creating welcoming spaces for everyone. If there are any accessibility adjustments we can make to support your participation, please just get in touch.
What to bring: Comfortable clothing with warm layers and a waterproof for spending some time outdoors.
When: 12.30pm–2.30pm on Friday 13th November
