Seasonal Reset - Welcoming Winter
Event description
Join us for a seasonal sunset experience for all ages and abilities. Witness the awe of a sunset and participate in a facilitated walk including a guided meditation, slow walk and an invitation to connect mindfully with our coastal landscapes and nature.
With so many environmental challenges currently facing our local community, we offer this experience to appreciate and connect with our wild earth.
Find a way to mindfully reset with us as the seasons shift throughout 2025. We offer this new experience at the start of Autumn, Winter, Spring and Summer on a Sunday evening, grounding you with positivity for the season ahead.
Times are subject to sunset in each season but will allow for time after to observe all the elements of the season plus time for a cup of tea and reflection and the conclusion of the session.
