Seasonal Sacred Women’s Circle – WINTER SOLSTICE
Event description
Winter Solstice Women’s Circle
with Marlo from A Sanctuary with Soul & Charlotte from Nurtured Heart Living
As the longest night of the year draws near, we invite you to gather in sacred sisterhood to honour the stillness and deep rest that Winter Solstice offers.
This is a time to pause, reflect, release, and gently call in the light.
Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of:
✨ Guided Cacao Ceremony
✨ Restorative Sound Healing
✨ Soulful Meditation
✨ Sacred Fire Ceremony
✨ Intentional Sharing & Connection
This circle is a sanctuary—a space to honour your inner cycles, surrender to the quiet wisdom of winter, and plant seeds for your rebirth.
Come home to yourself, held in warmth, reverence, and ritual.
What to Expect
Ceremonial Cacao Blessing & Ritual – Guided by Charlotte, we will sit in sacred ceremony with this revered plant medicine, known for its heart-opening and transformational qualities. Cacao has been honoured for millennia by the Aztecs and Mayans as the Gift of the Gods, a bridge from the mind to the heart, inviting us into unity, love, and remembrance.
Divine Sound Frequencies – Led by Marlo, immerse yourself in the healing resonance of sound, allowing it to guide you into deeper alignment and stillness.
Open Circle Sharing – A space to connect, reflect, and express in a supportive and sacred container.
Earth Connection Ritual – If nature welcomes us, we will spend some of our gathering outdoors, placing our bare feet on the earth—grounding, receiving, and honouring the wisdom of the season, enjoying a fire ritual to honour the solstice.
What to Bring
Warm clothing & a blanket
Water to stay hydrated
A journal for reflection
An item for the altar (something meaningful to you)
An open and willing heart
Join us as we embrace the turning of the wheel, gathering in circle to honour the cycles of nature and the deep wisdom within.
We look forward to welcoming you into this sacred space.
