Using peak-season ingredients like celery root, hearty greens, kohlrabi, fennel, and citrus, you’ll learn how to create dishes that are ideal for Shabbat, entertaining, or meal prep. You’ll leave with adaptable recipes and inspiration for fresh, seasonal salads all year long.
