In this hands-on class with Art/Lab Fellowship artist alum, Sonya Sanford, we’ll prepare and enjoy a spread of bright, make-ahead salads that showcase the vibrant side of cold-weather produce. Using peak-season ingredients like celery root, hearty greens, kohlrabi, fennel, and citrus, you’ll learn how to create dishes that are ideal for Shabbat, entertaining, or meal prep. You’ll leave with adaptable recipes and inspiration for fresh, seasonal salads all year long.
