SEASONS OF WISDOM 🌹🐍

A Day Retreat to Reclaim Your Inner Goddess

January, 2027. Date TBC | Northern Rivers, NSW

An intimate journey through the four inner seasons of the feminine, weaving embodiment, ancestral healing, ritual and sisterhood.

What if the most powerful thing you could do was give yourself permission to be ALL of you?

The tender one. The playful one. The radiant one. The wild one.

The woman who needs rest. The woman who longs to dance. The woman who desires to be seen. The woman who is ready to say NO without apologising.

And every other version of you who has been waiting for permission to exist fully.

So many of us have learned to move through life with our walls up.

Holding ourselves together. Questioning our needs. Suppressing our emotions. Disconnecting from our bodies. Carrying expectations, beliefs and patterns that may have been passed down through generations.

But underneath all of that, there is a woman who longs to feel free.

Free to feel. Free to express. Free to receive. Free to be witnessed. Free to be herself.

Seasons of Wisdom is an invitation to meet her. Not to become someone new. But to reclaim the woman you've always been.

🌹 A JOURNEY OF BLOSSOMING INTO YOURSELF

Imagine arriving into a space where, for an entire day, nothing is required of you.

You don't need to perform, prove yourself, hold everything together or be anything for anyone else.

Perhaps you arrive feeling tired, hesitant, disconnected or unsure of what to expect.

And slowly, something begins to soften.

As you connect with the Earth, your breath and the women around you, you may begin to feel your walls coming down.

Your body relaxes. Your heart opens. You begin to feel more receptive, more present and more connected to yourself.

As the journey unfolds, you're invited to go deeper.

To move your body freely. To laugh. To play. To explore your sensuality. To express the emotions you've been holding back.

To meet your grief, your rage, your tenderness, your joy and the parts of yourself that have been waiting to be acknowledged.

Like a rose, you begin to blossom.

Not because anyone is asking you to open, but because you're being given the space to do so in your own time.

And perhaps one of the most beautiful parts of this experience is discovering what becomes possible when women come together without competition, comparison or judgement.

To be witnessed by women.

To be held by women.

And to hold other women in their truth.

A space where compassion replaces comparison, where vulnerability can be met with love, and where every woman is invited to honour her own unique expression.

This is more than a day of self-discovery. It's an invitation to reclaim your inner queendom.

🌹 COME MEET HER — THE FOUR INNER SEASONS

Throughout the day, we'll journey through the four inner seasons of the feminine, exploring the different archetypes, energies and expressions that live within us.

Just as the Earth moves through seasons, our bodies and inner worlds move through their own rhythms.

Each season holds its own wisdom, and each invites us to meet a different part of ourselves.

🌑 WINTER — THE WISE WOMAN

Menstrual Phase

The season of stillness, intuition, rest and deep feeling.

An invitation to slow down, turn inward and listen to the wisdom of your body.

🌸 SPRING — THE MAIDEN

Follicular Phase

The season of curiosity, innocence, play and new beginnings.

An invitation to reconnect with your joy, creativity and the parts of yourself that long to explore life freely.

☀️ SUMMER — THE MOTHER

Ovulatory Phase

The season of radiance, pleasure, connection and receiving.

An invitation to celebrate your body, embrace your desires, explore your sensuality and allow yourself to be seen.

🔥 AUTUMN — THE WILD WOMAN

Luteal Phase

The season of truth, boundaries, expression and liberation.

An invitation to reclaim your voice, honour your NO, embrace your wildness and release what no longer belongs to you.

Four seasons. Four archetypes. One whole woman.

You don't have to choose which woman gets to exist.

You get to be ALL of them.

These seasons are archetypal invitations, not rules about how you should feel. You are welcome whether you menstruate, have an irregular cycle, are in menopause or simply wish to explore your feminine rhythms.

🐍 THE EXPERIENCE IS EARTHY, FLOWY & SISTERHOOD

This is not a day of sitting and listening to someone tell you how to be a woman.

It's a day of experiencing yourself.

Through breath, movement, meditation, ritual, music and connection, you'll be invited to explore the depths of your own feminine nature.

Your retreat experience includes:

🌿 Grounding, Meditation & Earth Connection — Step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with the land, your breath and the wisdom of your body.

🌹 The Four Inner Seasons Journey — Explore Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn through feminine archetypes, guided embodiment and inner reflection.

🐍 Somatic Movement & Authentic Expression — Move, dance, breathe, sound and explore the parts of yourself that long to be expressed.

❤️‍🔥 Breathwork & Inner Exploration — Be guided into a deeper connection with your body, emotions and inner world, with space to explore what arises at your own pace.

🔥 Ancestral Healing & Sacred Ritual — Honour the women who came before you, explore the beliefs and patterns you may have inherited, and reflect on what you choose to carry forward.

🌹 Raw Sisterhood & Women's Council — Experience the beauty of women witnessing women. A space to share your truth, celebrate one another and explore what it means to be held and supported.

🔥 Closing Fire Ceremony — Gather around the fire to honour your journey, reflect on your lineage and declare what you are choosing to embody moving forward.

📖 Keepsake Reflection Workbook — A companion for your discoveries, reflections and integration.

🍇 Wholesome food, snacks, tea, refreshments, and moments of connection throughout the day.

🌙 90-Minute Online Integration Circle after the event — Reconnect with us after the retreat to reflect, share and integrate your experience into everyday life.

In our space you came first, your safety is priority so if things feels to much you are welcome to pause, rest, observe or choose your own level of participation.

🌹 THE WOMEN BEFORE US, BESIDE US & AFTER US

There is something deeply powerful about remembering that we are part of a lineage of women.

Our mothers. Our grandmothers. Their mothers. And all the women who came before them.

Women who loved, grieved, laughed, danced, survived and walked upon the same Earth we do today.

Within our lineages, there can be incredible wisdom, strength, courage and love.

But there can also be fear, suppression, shame and beliefs about what a woman was allowed to be.

We can honour the women who came before us without having to carry everything they carried.

Through reflection, ritual and women's council, we'll explore the wisdom we wish to preserve, the patterns we're ready to question and what we want to weave in their place.

And as we gather around the bonfire, we'll remember that we are not only descendants of the women before us.

We are also part of what comes next.

What are you choosing to carry forward?

What are you ready to lay down?

And who are you choosing to be from here?

✨ WHO IS THIS DAY FOR?

For the woman who feels there is MORE of herself waiting to be expressed.

For the woman who has spent years being everything for everyone else.

For the woman who feels disconnected from her body, her pleasure, her joy or her own inner knowing.

For the woman who is learning to honour her needs, desires, boundaries and natural rhythms.

For the woman who longs to reconnect with her playfulness, sensuality, creativity and wildness.

For the woman who is curious about her ancestral lineage and the patterns she may be ready to release.

For the woman who desires genuine sisterhood, where she can be seen, heard and celebrated without needing to perform.

And for the woman who simply wants an entire day to herself, surrounded by nature and other women.

You don't need previous experience with embodiment, meditation, breathwork or women's circles.

You simply need to come as you are.
