Seasons Series 2- Beruc/Birak Event- Lake William
Event description
 In the final seasons event for the series we will take a 1 km walk into Lake Williams from Lights Beach. Lake Williams set in the coastal
hills to the east of Lights beach, this gentle walk wanders past the peppermint woodlands fringing the coastal areas. The event will give you an opportunity to reflect on how we plan to care for country into the future. Shawn Colbung will discuss the impact of the Binalup Aborginal Ranger programs. Professor Pierre Horwitz from the school of environmental sciences, Edith Cowan will discuss the wetlands surrounding Lake William.
Venue:Â Lake Williams, Denmark
Participants are encouraged to drive to Lights Beach. Check in to the event and set off from the Western Carpark on the Bibbulmun trail to reach Lake William.Â

4 WD shuttle: If you are unable to walk 30 minutes on an easy trail to the event a 4WD shuttle will transport passengers from the lights beach to Lake WIlliams
