Step into the rhythm with us at Second Phase - A Three Phase Prelude. A night of beats, moves, and grooves. We're raising funds to support our dynamic interdisciplinary dance work, Three Phase, a rich blend of movement and live sound exploring connection and endurance. Expect rhythm, flow, and a whole lot of energy. Come dance, connect, and help bring this show to life.

The Grace Darling Hotel was constructed in 1854 and retains its original architectural build. Thus, the Band Room & Basement are regrettably not wheelchair accessible. The Main Bar level is wheelchair accessible.
All bathrooms at the Grace Darling Hotel are gender neutral (Located on the Atrium level (4 steps), and in the upstairs Band Room)

No strobe lighting or strobing visuals.
