Event description

Join us for a 90-minute skills course on secondary IOL techniques including Yamane and Canabrava techniques for scleral fixation of IOLs using model eyes. There will also be an opportunity to learn other procedures such as Hoffman pockets for fixation of devices such as Ahmed segments and iris repair.

Participants can choose between two sessions: 8:30-10:00am or 10:30am-12:00pm. Each session is limited to 8 participants due to the number of available microscopes.
