Adventure to music

The Secret Show is an annual mini music festival in the woods. Each year, we scout a different location to keep our audiences guessing. The show is as much about the journey as the live performances.

This year's line-up

What to expect

RSVP to learn which public space in East Austin we're using as the starting location. Guides will be available to direct you to the Secret Location starting at 5:50pm. The first band goes on at 6:00pm.

The hike is only 900ft, or a 10 minute walk if you're going slow and savoring the experience. You'll definitely want to wear closed-toed, comfortable shoes because the terrain is rocky in places.

The bike option

There is a lot of parking in the initial meetup spot, so you can easily just drive. There will be a bike ride for folks that are really into the adventure aspect of the experience. We'll email route details to folks with RSVPs closer to the date.

Safety

The secret location is not in the middle of nowhere. You'll be able to walk back to your car via the street instead of the trail after the show is over. In our five years, this is probably the most accessible location we've chosen.

Vibe

This is an artsy, creative, near-theatrical hike followed by an eclectic line up of live performances, and it ends at 10:00pm.

Costumes

This is our first-ever themed show! Animal costumes are encouraged, but not required. Our inspiration is ants.
